YOU MUST HAVE REGISTERED YOUR PRODUCT WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE TO BE ELIGIBLE.

OGX ONE YEAR LIMITED ROD WARRANTY
Level Rods warrants to the original retail customer that the OGX rod is free from nonconformities in materials and construction. This warranty does not cover the purchase from unauthorized resellers or rod damage or loss resulting from boat flips, snags, misuse, abuse, alteration, direct or consequential damages caused by attempting to repair the rod. This warranty does not cover neglect, accident, Acts of God, or shipping damages.
NGX/NGXC FIVE YEAR LIMITED ROD WARRANTY
Level Rods warrants to the original retail customer that the NGX rod is free from nonconformities in materials and construction. This warranty does not cover the purchase from unauthorized resellers or rod damage or loss resulting from boat flips, snags, misuse, abuse, alteration, direct or consequential damages caused by attempting to repair the rod. This warranty does not cover neglect, accident, Acts of God, or shipping damages.
RAKE FIVE YEAR LIMITED ROD WARRANTY
Level Rods warrants to the original retail customer that the RAKE rod is free from nonconformities in materials and construction. This warranty does not cover the purchase from unauthorized resellers or rod damage or loss resulting from boat flips, snags, misuse, abuse, alteration, direct or consequential damages caused by attempting to repair the rod. This warranty does not cover neglect, accident, Acts of God, or shipping damages.
B. LAT THREE YEAR LIMITED ROD WARRANTY
Level Rods warrants to the original retail customer that the B. LAT rod is free from nonconformities in materials and construction. This warranty does not cover the purchase from unauthorized resellers or rod damage or loss resulting from boat flips, snags, misuse, abuse, alteration, direct or consequential damages caused by attempting to repair the rod. This warranty does not cover neglect, accident, Acts of God, or shipping damages.

We do require the broken rod to be shipped back to our facilities for inspection prior to replacement. YOU MUST HAVE REGISTERED YOUR PRODUCT WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE TO BE ELIGIBLE.
NGXC REPLACEMENT FEE
Warranty replacement rod fees are $110 plus shipping.
NGX/OGX REPLACEMENT FEE
Warranty replacement rod fees are $90 plus shipping.
B. LAT REPLACEMENT FEE
Warranty replacement rod fees are $65 plus shipping.
RAKE REPLACEMENT FEE
Warranty replacement rod fees are $50 plus shipping.

Inception of BassMooch
Matt Lewis founded BassMooch Baits in May 2022. An entrepreneur with many successful businesses, Matt decided to follow his passion for fishing and started the journey to stake a way into the fishing industry by delivering high quality fishing products at an affordable price.
Nov 2022
Launched Website
BassMooch launches its ecommerce website www.bassmooch.com and debuts it's first products to the marketplace. Its first products to be sold on the site are the Lynch Worm, Brawler Bug, Wool Gloves and the M5 Tournament Face Mask.
Feb 2023
Acquires Level Rods
Acquired Level Rods from Major League Fishing's Anthony Gagliardi from Lake Murray, South Carolina. Founded in 2015, Anthony designed the original OGX Series which were made in the USA and are used by many tournament anglers throughout the southeast.

Monster Fish Outdoors
With two brands now under management with Level Rods and BassMooch Baits - the need for a larger holding company was needed. The inception of Monster Fish Outdoors (MFO) took place as the main holding company for the brands and would act as the main company for working with dealers.

Warehouse Expansion
MFO expands its warehouse operations and fulfillment center by acquiring a new warehouse facility in Maiden, North Carolina. The growth of MFO's product offerings are continuing to expand as new baits are being developed along with new fishing rods and gear. The need for a larger space to hold all the inventory and improve fulfillment operations is essential for growth.

Hank Cherry Partnership
It was announced in January 2024 that MFO has teamed up and partnered with 2x Bassmaster Classic Elite Champion - Hank Cherry. The partnership has allowed for further expansion and development in bait, tackle, and rod design as well as promotion of MFO's suite of products.

Dealer Expansion
MFO broadens its efforts in dealer partnership and expansion with the release of its new dealer website and growth of its sales team. Focusing efforts on store relationships with easy to use site and amazing support through business development team.
Jan 2025
Brian Latimer Partnership
It was announced in January 2025 that MFO has teamed up and partnered with MLF Pro and Social Media Influencer - Brian Latimer. The partnership has allowed for further expansion and development in bait, tackle, and rod design as well as promotion of MFO's suite of products.

Acquires Profound Outdoors
MFO is proud to announce its acquisition of Profound Outdoors, bringing industry-renowned brands such as Azuma, Klone Plastics, and Swampers Jigs into its expanding family.
